Had a terrific brunch at 31st Union with some friends from out of town. Everything was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful, and the space is really cool. Located in a hopping area right down by the train station in San Mateo, we had a great time. Will definitely have to come back.

Great food. Their fall menu was perfect. I loved the pairing of the pomegranate with pancakes. Just wish they had some warm drinks.
